Another review on the Flash Mobile book
May 31st, 2007 by Scott JanousekIn regards to our Foundation Flash Applications for Mobile Devices book.
I was just looking at some trackbacks and found that Hayden Porter had also written a blog post review of the book. Read it.
Here is a snippet:
” … Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in Flash Lite mobile development. It offers great tips and serves as a useful reference for those already experienced with mobile development, and should help to smooth the learning curve for those new to Flash Lite development. For more details on the book, visit the web site, www.flashmobilebook.com.”
…
P.S.
… in regards to comment about Flash enabled devices other than handsets.
Yes, actually, there was actually an entire chapter on Flash enabled devices such as PMP (Personal Media Players) … mostly, iRiver u10 development.
However, due to page count and the impending release of the iRiver Clix … as well as subsequent devices slated, we excluded it from the final product … of course, we may plan on updating that and posting on the site.
