I came across this thesis paper from November 2007 written by Alex Koller of Rhodes University entitled: “Java ME vs. Flash Lite: A Comparison of Mobile Phone Game Development”.

Forum Nokia has an article on Flash Lite tips and tricks article for S60 devices (about 4 pages long, or perhaps 40 tips).
Most (if not all) of the tips can be applied across platforms (with a bit of common sense). A lot of these most of us have seen before and are practicing.

I picked up a Nokia E90 recently which I have just begun using as one my primary mobile business communication devices.
In terms of Nokia devices, it compliments my N810 tablet and N95 (my primary personal phone & development device).
