Here is an evolving project for Flash Lite called Mxim which aims to deliver text and images within a framework.

Mxim Framework is an application development framework for hand held devices. It is a benchmark architecture for serving content on hand held devices.

Mxim Framework facilitates developers to port Web 2.0 experience on mobile devices and concentrate on application logics rather than worry about memory and processing issues on small devices.

It also facilitates web developers to port their websites from the desktop environment to mobile devices without sacrificing the richness of their content.
