Sony Ericsson launched a (Windows) tool as part of the Capuchin project called SWF2JAR.
It takes a Midlet and Flash Lite SWF and generates a deployable jar file which will allow you to install and take advantage of the upcoming Capuchin API based content on supported Sony Ericsson handsets.

Recently, I picked up a Verizon Wireless LG Verizon Voyager (aka, the “LG VX10000″) handset which I found leverages Flash Lite 2.x for pieces of the user interface.
