iRiver Clix “Plus” PMP?

Saturday, November 24th, 2007

Via engadget … some speculation on a “new” iRiver Clix device: 2/4/8GB capacities and a rumored 3-inch LCD. You can see the “teaser” here.
Original source from irverfans.com. I’ll believe it when I see the mystery device up on www.iriver.co.kr.
No word whether this iRiver device supports Flash Lite (if it even exists, that is).

iRiver D27 - ‘Color up, contents up’?

Friday, November 16th, 2007

Via Engadget, iRiver is touting a new device; the “D27″.
I think based on the model number (D), it’s another portable dictionary type device, similar to the D26 … but with more great capabilities, given the ‘Color Up, contents up’ slogan.
Not sure if this specific device supports Flash Lite! However, the D5 DOES HAVE Flash Lite [...]

We hadn’t noticed this before but member Toxicity brought it to our attention, good catch! The new firmware is available [...]

New iRiver portable devices reported

Thursday, October 4th, 2007

Via clixhere.net - new iRiver devices coming soon …
Will these be Flash Lite enabled? Not sure. They’d be silly not to utilize Flash Lite for any devices that support d-click user interface (why ruin a good thing? … a Flash Lite UI = portablility, resuability for starters!).
Rather than post photos that are not mine, refer [...]

This device supports Flash Lite content (games), as well as the infamous D-Click User Interface.
Looks very similar to the iRiver B20 profile, except this device has access to satellite programming (i.e. it supports tv, radio, & [...]

Saturday, June 9th, 2007

The iRiver B20 Personal Media Player is out in Korea. It was announced a while back at CES.

This device is essentially a Clix 2 with more functionality and sleeker design (than the u10, that is). The specs are laid out here. Lots of device photos here.
In additional to other features, iRiver has once again [...]
